We hired Keith Crumpton to assist Cadmus in developing a comprehensive Written Information Security Program. A key task was developing and implementing written policies and procedures that were compliant with applicable data security laws and regulations. He also helped design a secure network environment for managing customer Personally Identifiable Information and conducted external audits of our data center. The quality of our security program was instrumental in achieving a successful SSAE-16 Type 2 audit.
Keith is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to working with him again.
Sincerely,

I had the distinct pleasure of hiring and utilizing Keith Crumpton in a senior role leading enterprise-wide Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) development for the ~300 Business Continuity Plans for the Citizens Bank enterprise, one of the largest commercial banks in the United States.
Keith performed his duties in an exemplary fashion, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him in a similar role to the one described above. Keith is a very strategic thinker and possesses strong execution focus, which made him a unique asset for my Business Continuity Team.
Do not hesitate to reach out to me directly for further information.

We hired Keith to help CQuotient have world-class data security and handling procedures and he did a great job!
CQuotient’s customers are large, omni-channel retailers who are understandably nervous about how their consumer-level data is handled. CQuotient is cloud-based technology that mines that consumer data and turns it into relevant, individualized marketing messages. Obviously our solution relies on the retailer’s data so if they aren’t comfortable sharing it with us, then there is no solution!
To build our retailers’ confidence in our approach, Keith helped us develop, implement, and audit a world-class set of policies and procedures that was compliant with all the applicable data security laws and standards. On more than one occasion, a prospective retailer performed a deep investigation of our approach and they always came away satisfied. In one case, the head of data security at a major retailer went out of his way to write me to say that he was “impressed with out policies.” Needless to say we won that account.
Beyond the quality of what Keith implemented for us, he was also very easy to work with. He understood our needs as a small and growing company and he adjusted his approach to what fit our situation.
I have no hesitation recommending Keith and would be pleased to work with him again.
Sincerely,
Graeme Grant
